We are looking for a new full-time board member
WindReach Farm uses a farm environment to provide therapeutic programs for individuals with disabilities and mental health issues. Our programs include adult day programs, a therapeutic horseback riding program, a horticultural therapy program, a mobile outreach program, and a visitor program.
WindReach Farm is currently looking to expand our Board of Directors and add competencies that we are lacking. The areas of expertise we are looking for include: accounting, marketing/communications, healthcare, and program development.
3 new Board members that each contribute to the competencies listed above
It will broaden the perspective of our Board and help us reach more participants with better, more targeted programming, and the financial security needed to keep a charity running through turbulent times.
