Shelter Movers provides free moving and storage services to survivors fleeing abuse.
The organization’s strategy planning process started in earnest in Oct but has stalled due to a lack of human resources. Leadership and writing skills are needed to rebuild momentum and complete a 2 year strategic plan.
Two-year strategic plan
Buy-in from employees, Board of Directors and Exec Director.
A strategy plan will help the organization maintain its focus on key strategies and objectives, and have capacity to take on interesting opportunities without undue strain. It will also serve as a guide for employees on Shelter Movers' plan for sustained success.
